How I can support you

. 

I created AK Wellbeing because I believe everyone deserves a space where they can pause, feel heard, and begin to make sense of what they’re going through.

Life can feel overwhelming at times, especially when you’re used to holding everything together on your own. My aim is to offer a calm and supportive space where you don’t have to carry it all alone.


Through online counselling, I  support people experiencing anxiety, stress, and life's challenges, helping you gain clarity, confidence, and a stronger sense of yourself.

My Approach

 

I offer a calm, supportive space where you can feel heard without judgement.


I am trained in person-centred therapy, which means we work at your pace, focusing on what feels most important to you. I also draw on approaches such as CBT and Gestalt to help you better understand your thoughts, feelings, and patterns.


Together, we can gently explore what's going on beneath the surface and find ways to help you feel more like yourself again.


Additional reflective tools (optional)


Alongside my core therapeutic approach, I may occasionally use gentle reflective tools to support exploration, such as imagery or prompts. 


For example, I have undertaken training in using tarot cards as a reflective tool - not for readings, but as a way to help explore thoughts, feelings, and perpectives in a different way.

This is always optional and guided by what feels comfortable for you.
