At AK Wellbeing, I am dedicated to providing compassionate counselling services to individuals struggling with mental health issues. My goal is to offer personalised counselling to empower my clients to achieve their personal goals, become empowered and reach a balanced and fulfilling quality of life.
I am an experienced counsellor and I am trained in person centred therapy, which is my core approach, however, I use a variety of evidence-based techniques, including cognitive-behavioural therapy and gestalt strategies, to help my clients. I believe in a holistic approach to mental health, addressing both the mind and body.
