Grief

When loss feels hard to carry


Grief can feel overwhelming, confusing and deeply personal. It may follow the loss of a loved one, a relationship, a role, a future you hoped for or a major life change.


It can affect your emotions, sleep, energy, concentration and sense of who you are.


I offer a safe and supportive online space where you can talk openly about your loss, make sense of what you are feeling and begin to find your own way through grief at your own pace.
