What is Anxiety

Anxiety

Anxiety is a natural and common human emotion. It's that feeling of unease, worry, or nervousness that we all experience from time, to time. Think of it as your body's way of alerting you to potential threats or challenges. However, sometimes anxiety can become overwhelming, causing physical symptoms like a racing heart or tense muscles, and interfering with your daily life.


That's where counselling can help. We'll work together to understand your anxiety, develop coping strategies, and regain control so you can face life's challenges with confidence and calmness. Remember, you're not alone in this, and support is available.
