How counselling is offered
I offer online counselling via Microsoft Teams and telephone counselling sessions.
Sessions provide a safe, confidential, and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace.
Sessions take place via Microsoft Teams or by telephone, depending on your preference.
I am an approved practitioner for AXA Health, Aviva and Vitality. Eligible clients may be able to access online counselling through their insurance policy, subject to authorisation, policy terms and availability.
If you are using AXA Health, Aviva or Vitality, please check your cover and request authorisation before booking.
I offer an initial 10-15 minute call where we can briefly discuss what has brought you to counselling and any questions you may have.
This helps you decide whether you feel comfortable moving forward.
If you decide to continue, we will begin with an initial session where we explore your needs in more detail and agree how we work together.
An initial assessment is required before ongoing counselling sessions begin. This includes confidentiality, boundaries, and expectations and suitability for online counselling, helping you feel safe and supported.
Each counselling session lasts 50 minutes and is tailored to your individual needs.
We will work at your pace, focusing on what feels most important to you.
Sessions on bank holidays are available and charged at the standard rate of £55
