What is Gestalt Therapy

The Gestalt Approach

Gestalt Therapy is a holistic and experiential approach to counselling. It focuses on helping you understand how your thoughts, emotions and behaviours relate to your present experiences. In Gestalt therapy, we explore the "here and now" to gain insight into your feelings and actions. It's like connecting the dots between your past, present and future to create a fuller picture of yourself
