Understanding Patterns

  

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, or CBT, focuses on the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. It can help you to recognise patterns that may be contributing to anxiety, stress or overthinking, and explore different ways of responding. 



While my core approach is person-centred, I may gently integrate CBT-informed tools where helpful. This can support you in developing practical strategies that feel manageable and relevant to your situation.
