Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

The CBT approach

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) focuses on the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.

It can help you to recognise patterns that may be contributing to distress and explore ways to respond differently. This can be particularly helpful for managing anxiety, stress, and overthinking.

While my core approach is person-centred, I may gently integrate elements of CBT where appropriate to support you in developing practical tools that feel manageable and relevant to your situation.
