What is CBT

The CBT approach

CBT is a practical and solution- focused approach to counselling. It helps you understand how your thoughts, feelings and behaviours are interconnected. In CBT, we work together to identify and change unhelpful thoughts patterns and behaviours. It's like learning new tools to tackle life's challenges and build a more positive and balanced mindset. 


CBT is effective for a wide range of, concerns, from managing stress and anxiety to improving relationships and boosting self-esteem. It's a collaborative process where play, an active role in your own growth and well- being.
